chore: remove GTM, Google Analytics, Axeptio and Mava - #122

Drop the Google Tag Manager script and noscript iframe (served from metrics.iex.ec), which loaded Google Analytics, the dataLayer click tracking and its data-track attributes, and the Axeptio consent banner that is no longer needed. Also disable Reown AppKit telemetry.

Reown's wagmi adapter adds a Base Account connector whose SDK loads Coinbase telemetry (cca-lite.coinbase.com) on page load. enableCoinbase: false is not applied by AppKit 1.8.14, so declare the connector ourselves with telemetry disabled; the adapter then skips its own instance.
